Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced recruitment for 120 Senior Executive Trainee (SET) posts under its Direct Recruitment (DR) Scheme. The selection will be based on a Computer-Based Objective Test.

Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom): 95 posts (tentative)
Senior Executive Trainee (Finance): 25 posts (tentative)
Reservations for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories will follow Government of India norms.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the E3 IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 24,900 – Rs. 50,500.
Age Limit
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 30 years

Educational Qualification
Specific qualifications for each stream will be announced later. Candidates should hold relevant degrees in Telecom/Engineering or Finance/Accounts fields.
