The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released a circular dated 31st July 2025, granting pass percentage concessions to Class 12th (HSE-II) Annual Private and Bi-Annual 2025 candidates with benchmark disabilities (40% or more).
As per the circular, eligible candidates with valid disability certificates are required to submit their applications at their nearest Sub/Branch JKBOSE offices by 10th August 2025.
Required documents include:
“A written application requesting the concession
Attested copy of disability certificate
Admit card copy
Aadhar card copy”
All Board Office heads have been instructed to verify and compile the applications and forward them to the concerned authority with a covering letter by 13th August 2025. Proper verification and attestation of the certificates is mandatory for consideration by the designated committee.
This initiative, signed by the Joint Secretary, Secrecy, Kashmir Division, ensures academic support for specially-abled candidates in line with JKBOSE norms.
